Biográfia:

Josu Hernandez-Garcia did his university studies at the Basque Country University (Spain) and he obtained a MSc degree on Theoretical Physics at the IFT of the Autonomous University of Madrid in 2013. In 2017, he obtained the PhD on “The Quest for the Origin of Neutrino masses” at the IFT of the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Afterwards, he moved to Trieste for a two-years postdoc position at SISSA as ESR of the Elusives Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITN. Recently, he moved to Budapest to work at Eötvös University as postdoc fellow. His research interests focus on physics beyond the Standard Model, in particular in extensions of the SM able to account for the origin of the neutrino masses and mixings. He is also interested in the interplay between neutrino physics and other open problems of the SM such as Dark matter, the flavour puzzle or the Baryon asymmetry of the Universe.
