Biography:

My research focuses on the study of lattice defects in two-dimensional van der Waals materials, primarily graphene systems, using various theoretical methods. This involves performing density functional theory (DFT) calculations and developing atomistic tight-binding models to capture the electronic properties of large-scale systems containing different types of lattice defects.
