Single cell manipulations using robotic micropipette

We use a robotic micropipette controlled by computer vision to isolate single mammalian cells. Research is motivated by single cell genomics, protein engineering and medical applications as circulating tumor cell (CTC) isolation and subsequent DNA/RNA sequencing. We use the same instrument to investigate the adhesion force of single cells on biochemically functionalized surfaces with high throughput.
