My main research interests are belonging to quantitative epidemiology and genomics. Earlier I worked on biometeorology as well. Nowadays with my colleagues, we work on resistome, metagenome studies from different sources (e.g. milk, honey bee gut).
I have academic experiences from my previous and current job from ELTE, SOTE, HAS, SZIE and Hungarian Vet School. I have lectures in elective courses of parasitology, epidemiology and genomics in the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest.
