Physics MSc 1965, Eötvös Univ., Univ. doctor (with sub auspiciis rei publicae popularis distinction) 1968, PhD 1972, Doctor of HAS 1988. Affiliations: Dept. of Theor. Phys., Eötvös Univ. 1965-2012, full professor 1990-2012, afterwards professor emeritus.
Department head 2001-2006, head of the particle physics doctoral program 1990-2012, head of the physics doctoral school 2010-2012.
Teaching: theoretical physics at BSc, MSc and doctoral school level.
Publications: 67 in peer reviewed int. journals, about 40 conference contributions, editor of 4 conference proceedings. More then 1200 citations. Research in foreign research centres: Dubna 1969-70, Trieste 1972, CERN 1977-78, DESY several times after 1990.
Member or chair of several scientific commitees on project applications.
Prizes: Novobátzky prize 1971, HAS Physics Branch Physics prize 1993, HAS prize (shared) 1997, Széchenyi professor 1997-2000, OTKA Ipolyi Arnold prize 1999, Professor emeritus ELTE 2012, HAS Eötvös koszorú 2013.
