Network medicine

Evidence based medicine is a current topic with several applications. In this project we try to compose statistically acceptable models for datasets that describe the complex system of the human body. We focus on diseases and treatments, how they are related and identifying common motifs for evaluating patient pathways. Our approach uses methods from network science and machine learning.
