Biográfia:
I am currently a research group leader at ELTE within the LHCb group and the recipient of the 2024 Lendulet Momentum grant. As an experimental particle physics, my research focuses on searching for what lies beyond our Standard Model of Particle Physics. My specialization is precision tests of Lepton Flavour Universality in the b-quark sector. In particular, I am performing precision measurements of the decay of b-quark baryons to tau leptons as well as the respective decay to electrons or muons. I have previously performed similar measurements in the meson sector at the BaBar and Belle II experiments. I also have experience in the development of advanced machine-learning algorithms to be used in data analysis, such as an algorithm for the reconstruction of hadronic B meson candidates. Finally, I am also interested in R&D for detector upgrade projects at the LHC. I am currenlty working towards the upgrade of the LHCb electromagnetic calorimeter towards the High Luminosity LHC. In addition to the Lendulet grant, I have also received the Marie Curie postdoctoral fellowship, the DESY fellowship (Hamburg, Germany), and the NSERC (Montreal, Canada) fellowship. I have a long record of teaching at McGill University and the Lebanese American University.Tudományos adatbázisok profiloldalai:
