Tim Pennucci is a long-time member of the North American Nanohertz Observatory for Gravitational Waves (NANOGrav; nanograv.org) and the International Pulsar Timing Array (IPTA; http://www.ipta4gw.org/) whose primary interests relate to pulsars, pulsar phenomena, and high-precision pulsar timing experiments, such as those aimed at low-frequency gravitational wave detection.
